Put simply, an Empath is a person who absorbs other people’s emotions and experiences these emotions as if they were their own. Empathic people are extremely sensitive to the emotional energy of those around them and as a result, tend to commonly experience energetic overload in the form of fatigue, anxiety, and depression. However, despite the tendency to “soak up” the energy of other beings, Empaths are highly compassionate, loving, intuitive, and insightful people.

Dana is sharing a transformative workshop for newly discovered Empaths & Lightworkers to Seasoned Empaths & Lightworkers that want to strengthen their protection & energetic boundaries and add to their current go-to tools.
Your workshop will include: participation in Empath lessons, exercises, sharing circle, meditations/rituals/cleansing to help Empaths stay clear & grounded, & high vibes!
I always align my workshops and healings with the Universal energies to intensify the healing & manifestation. This workshop is aligned with the Full Moon on May 18, a perfect time to release the patterns that are no longer serving us and choose patterns that help us Thrive as Empaths!
TRUTH: Everyone is empathic, but the degree to which they are sensitive varies. Being empathic means you are sensitive to external emotions, thoughts, and even shifts in the Environment. Even though empaths can pick up the thoughts and feelings of others that doesn’t mean we should process them or attach to them. In most cases we should detach from what we are picking up and allow the path of the other person to continue. It is always healthy for us to stay connected to us and to allow the rest to flow. Sometimes when we become too attached to the emotions and thoughts we are picking up from other people it can bring us down, hold us back and invest us too much into their journey. Setting healthy boundaries for an Empath is key to fully embracing and enjoying the journey.
