How do I know if my child self is integrated with my adult self?
If you do not integrate your child self with your adult self you many begin to experience some of the following symptoms:
Your inner child is rearing its head during adult situations by acting out in irrational behaviors

You have a hard time allowing yourself to have fun
Your childhood unfulfilled needs are ruining your adult relationships (insecurities).

As we grow older, we seem to lose pieces of our self, due to the responsibilities placed on us as we get older, stress, and emotional trauma. I created this 21-day Program to Awaken and Integrate your inner child. Why is this important? Awakening and integrating your Inner-child his will assist adults in integrating their wise adult self with their playful child self; to live a more balanced and full life.

Each day there will be an exercise for you to do from meditation, looking at old family
photos to traveling (either literally or in your imagination) places where you visited in your childhood and more!Twice a week I will be doing a Coaching and/or EFT session with you to reprogramming your faulty beliefs and create healthy and positive beliefs.
Some days will be meditation and reflection days, which will help you process and release your heavy emotions that are connected to your inner child.
Turn off all distractions (cell phones, internet, TV, & etc). Be in the moment with yourself, as children are and explore yourself openly and without needing to know what is next. Be surprised every day, as children are, and allow yourself the flexibility to flow with each exercise. Even when it seems pointless and “childish”, I want you to remember why you are taking this challenge and keep moving forward.
