During my journey I could only see dark colors of blue and purple. I felt a native american shaman come through but then he changed to the shaman I met in Mexico. He was wearing white clothing and a red bandanna on his head. On my crown I saw the spiral also looked like a tornado. The spiral/tornado traveled down to me feet. My feet were a dark color of bluish purple but I felt and heard "calmness." When asked to meet power animal, I first saw dogs on land that was very dry similar to the South West. Then a wolf appeard, he sybolized for me strenth and grace. When I asked for an ascended master my late aunt Francis came in. She smiled at me and I felt her say, "don't stop" and "let it flow"
